Why we are different
· Our solutions are bespoke to each Client and each situation. We appreciate that not all businesses are the same. We do not sell an off-the-shelf package. Instead, we work with you, up front, at our risk, to define the real issues and devise a cost effective way forward.
· Dependent on the agreed plan, our support can be anything from a remote coaching presence, short term interim management provision, up to a full Consultancy intervention. Packages are designed to suit the Client culture, internal capability and cost constraints.
· We operate a pre-agreed, fixed fee structure. Payment isbased on the delivery of tangible results. Many of ourprojects return well over 10 times the initial investment within the first year.
· Our Consultants have a deep specialist knowledge of state-of-the-art techniques. However, we also understand that the introduction of “change for sake of change” can be dangerous
